It's that time again - time for something we look forward to all year long! That's right...you guessed it...it's...
Who doesn't LOVE pie? From a baker's standpoint, pie is the quintessential representative for the language of unconditional love. And once again, we are celebrating National Pie Day in a BIG way. From January 23 until January 29, Apple's Bakery will donate $3.00 to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society from every nine-inch traditional or gluten free pie sold!
 Why are we so crazy for pie around here? It goes back to my mom, Alberta. In her day, she was a fantastic pie maker and today she is a person living with MS. At 85 years old, my mom
is a shining example of how to lead a full life with this challenging condition and continues to maintain a positive attitude.
